1...What is SweetSpot?
SweetSpot Labs® collection completes beauty with luxury care designed for your sweetest spot. It’s not the dated clinical notion of ‘feminine hygiene’. It’s a carefully created line of products specifically formulated for the care and glorification of a woman’s sweet spot. Part physical, part psychological—the result and benefits go beyond a beauty ritual.
2...Why hasn’t anyone created a product like this before?
We are as surprised as anyone else! Until now, this part of a woman’s body was left to the dated “feminine hygiene” aisle, or categorised as a “clinical problem”, giving little attention and even less love to intimate grooming and daily care. We’ve taken a missed necessity in a woman’s grooming ritual and created luxurious, specially-blended, pH friendly formulas for sweet spot splendour.
3...Why does this part of the body require special attention?
Think of how many hygiene products exist on the market today. After all, we have a product for our cuticles! We aren’t built like men, and your sweet spot is not the same as your underarm. Yet we use the same wash on both. Your sweet spot skin is unique to the body, and has specific needs and very specific physiology. In addition, this is a permeable portal to the body with special functions and adornments. Always recommended for external use and to be applied with care, the pH and special formulation of SweetSpot Lab® products glorifies your sweet spot as special, important and worthy of their own products.
4...What is pH and why is it important? What’s the difference?
The pH is organic in nature and is the measure of acidity and alkalinity. To keep bacteria at bay and maintain health, the pH of the sweet spot must stay in a very specific acidic range. A 1-point shift can mean the difference between a breeding ground for yeast and well-being. Many products at market can have a pH of up to 10 (alkaline). This includes soap, body washes, shampoos, or other products that are pH balanced for the body in general. There’s a big difference between what’s good for your skin, your feet, and your sweet spot. Mild ingredients and a simplified formula are ideal for sweet spot use.
5...What makes these products different from others like them?
Ingredients blended purposefully, and a pH that is formulated specifically to complement sweet spot health. Many women have been improvising with intimate grooming substitutes for years, realising that they wanted something gentle and sophisticated, but unable to find it in stores. Baby shampoos, body washes and wipes are for babies. Women aren’t babies and have specific and varying needs and deserve sophisticated products that take care of them. We know that when a woman is educated about the special needs of her sweet spot, along with the effects of an imbalanced pH, she will be thrilled to know she now can add our for-purpose collection to her daily ritual.
6...What about claims that mild soap & warm water are all that women should use?
While correct in concept, one must be very careful when defining “mild soap” from “gentle and mild cleanser”. Bar soaps in their true, unaltered form, have an inherent pH of 10 and is not comprised of what SweetSpot Labs® would consider gentle cleansers. Underarms, hands and feet can handle it. But your more intimate, sensitive anatomy is not designed to be challenged like that daily. Washes are not “soap” and within the list of ingredient options, there are milder ingredients to choose from based on the function and body part. In combination with other ingredients that calm, soothe and replenish, some can also alter functionality. Our gentle wash is not soap—it blends the mildest of cleansers with soothing botanicals and skin conditioners.
7...Does this mean soap and body washes are harmful?
Well, they aren’t helping! Your sweet spot’s ideal pH is acidic. When you use soaps, body washes, shampoos or other products that have a higher pH (alkaline), bodily function can be challenged and may be cause for negative reactions that can follow. And this includes the run-off of shampoos and body washes, not just direct application. By using products that contain carefully chosen ingredients that are known for their gentle characteristics, have a complementary sweet spot pH, you have removed a potential contributing cause for problems such as sensitivity, irritation and other reactions that you have thought were ‘natural’ or that you may be ‘prone to’.

1...Have SweetSpot Labs® products been tested?
Yes. By a certified lab. Our products have been certified non-irritating, allergy-tested, clinically-tested, and have been doctor-tested and dermatologist-reviewed. And we did our own personal research, giving products to many women who want to, and can, just enjoy the sheer luxury of SweetSpot Labs® products in their daily rituals (and some to women who suffer from sensitivity and dryness). Our research paid off—the only reaction to SweetSpot Labs® products is pure joy and delight!

3...Explain the thinking behind SweetSpot Labs® fragrance
We created elegant and logical scents that are both purposeful and unique. Containing essential oils, they have an association with floral scents, woodsy aromas and cleanliness. We blended our fragrance to work harmoniously with its purpose and placement—the sweet spot. To ensure there is a sense of “freshness”, yet our products have an aroma one could almost mistake for edible. The essences chosen have pH balancing, calming, and soothing properties, and in one case, is reputedly aphrodisiac by nature (thank us later). SweetSpot Labs® customers love our unique “scentsibilities”.
4...What if I don’t like perfumed products?
Our gentle wash, Spot Fresh!, balancing mist, Spot Right!, and on-the-go-wipettes, Spot Refresh! are available unscented. They’re just as luxurious, soothing and conditioning as the other SweetSpot Labs® products, but contain no added fragrance, for women who prefer unscented products or may have heightened sensitivity. All the luxury without the perfumery.
5...Are these products good for gynecological problems?
While the products are one step in a woman’s well-being and beauty ritual, they are truly beauty and body care products designed for external use only. They do not contain medicinal drugs, and are recognised as cosmetic products. They can make you feel better, offer a sense of self-confidence, but NO—they do not take the place of a trip to the doctor.
